ENGLISH TV audiences will be able to watch acclaimed RTÉ drama Love/Hate from July 24.
Channel 5 will air all four episodes of the first series at 10pm on consecutive Wednesdays from that date.
The series had been provisionally scheduled to go out on July 17, however Channel 5 bosses pushed the date back.
The first series was previously screened in Scotland by STV.
Written by Stuart Carolan, the series explores gangland culture and focuses on the world of a Dublin crime gang and the lives of their friends and families.
The drama follows the life of Darren Tracey in particular, played by Robert Sheehan who is well-known for his role as Nathan in Channel 4’s Misfits.
After originally being aired on RTÉ in Ireland in 2010, the show has achieved impressive audience viewing figures of up to 820,000 and eight IFTAs.
A fourth series is due to air in Ireland later this year.
Actor Tom Vaughan-Lawlor - who plays Nidge in the show - will be in Scotland next month to appear in the stage play, Howie The Rookie.
