HIS well-intending tweet paying tribute to the Swedish DJ was taken up the wrong way somewhat.
Taoiseach Varadkar was one of the well-wishers commemorating the life of acclaimed DJ Avicii.
The Irish politician said one of the musician's songs 'Wake Me Up' had a special meaning for him.
The Taoiseach revealed that when walking the Camino de Santiago in Spain, the song became something of an anthem to him as he made the long journey across the path.
The tweet read: "So sorry to hear of the untimely passing of Avicii. Wake Me Up was the song of the summer of 2013 and my song of the Camino."
