KIAN Egan has revealed that a Westlife reunion could be on the cards, but doubts it will be within the next ten years.
The I’m A Celebrity winner, who recently released his debut album Home and is also a coach on The Voice Of Ireland, shared his desires to re-join the boyband in the future, just two years after Westlife split.
The 34-year-old said in an interview with Now magazine: “I’d like to think I’ll be on stage again with Westlife but it definitely won’t be in the next five years.
“If it’s in the next 10 years – I’d be shocked. I could be sitting with another baby next year and I might not want to be in the industry anymore.
“It’s a tough lifestyle – I might stay at home and just be a dad.”
Egan also added that he has remained close with original band member Brian McFadden who left in 2004.
“We’re all really friendly,” he said. “Oddly enough, I probably have more conversations with Brian than anyone else.
“He was amazing and so supportive when I was in the jungle. We text all the time.”
