THE TV presenter bravely discussed her multiple miscarriages on last night's Late Late.
Kathryn Thomas appeared on The Late Late Show to chat about her current pregnancy but also the past trouble she had with her former pregnancies.
The former No Frontiers presenter said she felt blessed to be pregnant but she had not forgotten about the two miscarriages she had with her fiancé.
Thomas said she doubted her chances of getting pregnant due to her age and was crushed when she had her first miscarriage.
When it came to getting pregnant after the first pregnancy, she said she was "bricking it" before miscarrying again at 6 weeks.
The second miscarriage occurred, she said it "floored" her but bravely decided she would try again.

"It is still a taboo subject in Ireland and I just think it needs to be part, and considered to be part, of the pregnancy process, because it is" @gokathrynthomas on why she wanted to speak publicly about going through two miscarriages #latelate pic.twitter.com/2mnM44EO1r

The presenter received plenty of praise online for her decision to talk about miscarriage, something which Thomas feels remains a taboo subject in today's society.
Great hearing Kathryn Thomas speak so honestly and openly about miscarriage and anxiety in pregnancy following miscarriage, a topic that’s not discussed enough but should be, it’s happened to so many of us. #iam1in4 #LateLateShow
