IRISH DUO Jedward have shared a series of throwback snaps on their Twitter account, much to fans' delight.
The musical twin brothers, John and Edward Grimes, are active on social media, where they often interact with fans, share stories and memories, speak on the political movements which inspire them and, of course, promote their music.
Last week, Edward used the platform to tell fans about his emergency hospital stay where he underwent surgery for appendicitis (and had to miss out on watching the Eurovision with his brother), and this week the twins are using Twitter to share some major throwback pictures- from long before they were famous.
One bittersweet photograph shows the twins at primary school-age, each wearing big smiles and sporting the beginnings of what would become their iconic blonde quiffs (recently shaved off to raise money for cancer charities in honour of their mother).
But behind the smiles, Jedward revealed, both of them were dealing with the pain and trauma that comes with being bullied.
"The JEPIC Old School days!" Jedward wrote on Twitter.
"Smiling beyond the bullying like most of our lives but we're still the same twins and haven't changed for anyone."
The twins have spoken out before about bullying, both online and in person, and have described themselves as 'anti-bullying ambassadors', having both gone through the same thing.
Another sweet snap uploaded by the twins shows them as babies on the day of their Christening, wearing matching white gowns and laying on a quilt adorned with birds, rainbows and sheep.
In their usual 'Jepic' manner, the twins captions the photograph: "Baby Jedward - The day we were Christened John and Edward and received the holy JEPIC".

The Christening itself likely took a much longer time than usual-- as well as having two Jepic babies to Christen, the twins' full names are John Paul Henry Daniel Richard Grimes and Edward Peter Anthony Kevin Patrick Grimes, which is a bit of a mouthful.
