IRISH mothers are the best in the world, and if history tells us anything, the Irish mammy is often a source of comedy gold.
The latest viral Irish mammy video features a Tyrone woman who thought she'd take her daughter for a driving lesson in a Dublin car park.
However, it appears neither mother nor daughter was prepared for the emotional rollercoaster of this lesson.
In the clip, both Michelle McSweeney and her 23-year-old daughter Megan visibly experience a range of emotions from absolute fear to complete disbelief at Megan's driving skills, or apparent lack thereof.
Mrs McSweeney, who is originally from Dungannon in Co Tyrone, was waiting for her husband in a car park with her daughter when they decided on an impromptu driving lesson - her daughter's second driving lesson in 12 months.
She told the Tyrone Times, "I’ve had loads of calls about [the video], and I didn’t even know if I would put it up in the first place, to be honest. The two of us haven’t even a scrap of make-up on us."
"We were waiting on my husband to come and we were in a car park," she continued, "for a bit of a laugh, we said we will show the video to him when he came back and then I said I would throw it up on Facebook."
Asked if she thought her daughter would pass her driving test, Mrs McSweeney quipped, “Well, if she does, it won’t be because of any lessons from me!”
