Irish dancers put on a spectacular show on Donegal cliffs

OVER the years, we've seen some spectacular Irish dancing videos, (Irish dancing dog, anyone?) however, if there was an award for best dancing backdrop, this video wins it.

An Irish college in Donegal posted the Irish dancing video to their Facebook page, and in just a few days the video has been viewed over 55,000 times.

Coláiste Aoidh Mhic Bhricne in Donegal was hosting the Taylor Scallon School of Irish Dancing from Armagh on a two-week Irish language and dancing course.

The talented troupe took to the Slieve League cliff tops on the eastern tip of Donegal at the end of their course to entertain their audience.

Lined up along a wooden platform, with heads and shoulders held high, hands by their sides and toes pointed in front of them, the girls looked like professional dancers while awaiting their cue.

Even if the tweather was less than beautiful, the dancing display more than made up for the dull grey skies.

Check out the video for yourself below...
