GARTH Brooks is to hold a press conference this Thursday at 5pm and is expected to discuss the on-going controversy surrounding his Croke Park concerts.
The press conference will be streamed live on Brooks’ official website.
Last week the country superstar issued an 'all-or-nothing' ultimatum after Dublin City Council refused a licence for him to perform two of his planned five-night run in Croke Park.
The Council are due to meet tonight to discuss alternative proposals to see if a resolution can be found in the dispute between local residents, the GAA and Aiken Promotions.
Brooks’s press conference is likely to centre on the announcement of his comeback world tour and possibly a new album.
However, any press conference would also deal with the Croke Park dates.
