THE biggest roar from the crowd at the game between Dublin and Westmeath at Sunday's GAA Leinster football final was for a streaker who invaded the pitch.
Dublin beat Westmeath to claim a sixth successive Leinster Senior Football Championship, but the most entertaining moment on the pitch occurred when a man ran naked through Dublin's Croke Park where over 38,000 spectators got to see more of him than they may have wished.
The man is seen running the length of the pitch punching his arms in the air while the crowd cheer him on.
It wasn't long before an unimpressed match official demanded the streaker desisted, while bemused players looked on.
However, the streaker seemed unashamed, waving to the crowd and looking delighted with himself.
Several officials and a bib were then brought on to walk him off the pitch with his privates covered over as he left the grounds.
The man in his 30s was arrested and brought to Mountjoy Garda Station where he was later released without charge.
