SINGER Christy Moore’s music firm earned accumulated profits nearing €1m as the popular Kildare songwriter played a number of sell-out gigs across Britain and Ireland with his longtime touring partner, Declan Sinnott.
Moore’s Yellow Furze music firm saw profits rise 28pc to €224,480 in the 12 months to March, the Irish Independent reported.
The company’s accumulated profits increased to €924,124.
The firm’s main activity is "the sale of music performances and recordings by Christy Moore" according to documents lodged with the Companies Office.
Moore (68) is due to release a new album due in November.
