The Voice of Ireland judge Bressie will be among the guests of honour at the second annual Irish Christmas Gathering at the London Irish Centre tonight.
Former Blizzards frontman Bressie will follow in the footsteps of Mitch Winehouse – father of the late singer Amy – and turn on the Christmas tree lights at the centre, which is located in Camden Square.
The event is open to all and will get underway from 6pm tonight. The Irish Post is delighted to announce that it will be sponsoring the Christmas tree at the London Irish Centre.
The evening will begin in the Centre's Hub Bar, where guests will be serving mulled wine and mince pies.
At 7pm, Bressie will turn on the lights of the Christmas tree. Following this, there will be a Christmas concert and presentation in the McNamara Suite, featuring carols from the London Irish Pensioners Choir, while a traditional Irish music session will take place in the Hub Bar.
