Graham Linehan new Irish comedy show, The Walshes, has been given a BBC airdate and will go out on BBC Four on March 14.
The three-part series - co-written and directed by Graham Linehan (The IT Crowd, Father Ted) – follows the story of a tight-knit family from the fictional West Dublin suburb of Strollinstown.
The first episode will be broadcast in Ireland tonight on RTÉ One prior to going out on the BBC.
The series stars Niall Gaffney, Philippa Dunne, Amy Stephenson, Rory Connolly, Shane Langan and Owen Roe.
Linehan co-wrote the series with the five-strong comedy troupe Diet of Worms.
