13-year-old Dublin rapper goes viral with brilliant rap video

A 13-YEAR-OLD Dublin schoolboy has captured the imagination of social media with the brilliant music video to his new viral hit Noggin

Ste Brown is the talk of Twitter and YouTube after debuting his new track, which has won him new fans the world over.

Noggin is Ste’s rap-based love letter of sorts to his hometown of Sallynoggin in Co Dublin.

A fun, upbeat number, it sees the young teen waxing lyrical on everything he loves about his hometown.

It’s a fun and undeniably infectious journey through his day-to-day life, chronicling everything from his love for the local chipper to the nearby barbers he frequents.

Slick, cool and brilliantly down to Earth, the track has clearly resonated with people online, providing some welcome respite from the dramas of day-to-day life.

It helps that the rap is packed with brilliant lines, including the classic "you may never drive lambo/come to my gaf if you want a sausy sambo".

Incredibly, since being uploaded to social media this past Wednesday, the music video to Noggin has already been watched an 1.9 million times on Twitter alone.

In the meantime, Ste has gone from a humble MC trying to make his mark, to the talk of Ireland.

Like any good rapper though, he’s keeping it real.

"My phone's hopping now and it just keeps going," Ste told Breaking News.

"I've been out and all just to keep my mind off it and just get away from it for a little bit.

"So I'm dealing with it very well. It's alright, it is."

At last, Ireland has its very own rap superstar and his name is Ste Brown.
