London Irish RFC offer up mascot chance for visit of Ealing Trailfinders

LONDON IRISH RFC are giving one lucky kid the chance of a lifetime this weekend.

The Exiles take on Ealing Trailfinders in round four of the Greene King IPA Championship on Sunday, and one lucky child will be picked to be mascot for the game.

The winner of the mascot competition, who must be under the age of 15, will head down to the players tunnel and lead the boys in green out in front of all the fans.

They will also have a photo taken on the pitch with the team captain and official club mascot Digger, plus they’ll receive the new 2016-17 jersey.

Those interested in getting involved need to head to Digger's Pound (North Stand) at the Madejski Stadium where at 1.15pm, a London Irish player along with club mascot Digger will pick the lucky winner.

The match itself will then begin at 3pm.

London Irish will look to secure their fourth consecutive Championship victory and maintain their position at the top of the table.

The men in green remain undefeated since new Director of Rugby Nick Kennedy took over in the summer.

Kids tickets start at just £3 with concessions staring at £8 and adults at £20. To get yours click here to call 0118 968 1016.
