IT'S been a busy few weeks here at The Irish Post with hundreds of readers getting in touch to enter two of our amazing and exclusive competitions.
Last month we gave our readers the chance to win one of two great prizes.
The first was an all-expenses-paid trip to Ireland worth over £1,000, which was won by Mrs Eileen Kavanagh from Cheshire. The prize includes an exhilarating four-night break for two in Cork and Kerry — the gateway to Ireland’s epic Wild Atlantic Way.
Our lucky winner will be treated to return flights for two from Britain to Cork Airport, two nights B&B including one evening meal at The River Lee Hotel, Cork, a fabulous three course dinner at Electric, followed by two nights B&B including dinner on one evening at the Dromhall Hotel, Killarney, Co. Kerry. There’s also lunch and a guided tour of the Gap of Dunloe with Heather Restaurant and four days car hire courtesy of Thrifty.
Our next competition gave one reader the chance to win two tickets to the All-Ireland football final in Croke Park where Kerry battled Donegal to take home the Sam Maguire.
Our lucky winner on this occasion was Imogen Hickey from Twickenham.
Imogen’s fantastic prize included flights courtesy of Aer Lingus Regional, two nights’ bed and breakfast at Staunton’s on the Green in Dublin and dinner at the Old Music Shop restaurant.
