TLICN Networking Evening at Park Plaza County Hall

THE LONDON Irish Construction Network (TLICN) held its latest networking event last night at the Park Plaza County Hall Hotel in London, where the keynote speaker was Joe Cunnane, Senior Partner of Cunnane Town Planning.

During the evening, Mr Cunnane discussed a range of topics, offering insights into the current issues affecting London Planning, including CIL/S106, amendments to the London Plan, office to residential conversions, effect of the revised EA regulations on London Planning, affordable housing/viability/vacant building credit and recent appeal decisions.

Cunnane Town Planning was established in 1985 by Joe Cunnane and have offices in London, Manchester and Ireland. Their clients include nationally known developers, housebuilders, landowners and local authorities for whom they have been very successful in securing planning permissions.

The evening attracted a large attendance which included members of the London Irish Town Planners (LITP).

The TLICN was formed in 2009 by a group of dedicated Irish businessmen involved in the construction industry in London. The objective of the group is to create and encourage new business for all members within the group.
