TESCO have announced a multi-million euro deal with Kerry Foods, in which the company will produce several product lines for Tesco’s “Healthy Living Range.”
The agreement is expected to be worth in the region of €3.6 million to the Co Kerry-based food producer, which specialises in dairy and pork-based products.
It will make seven lines for Tesco’s health-oriented range at its factory in Carrickmacross, Co Monaghan, which will be sold in its 3,100 stores across the UK.
This will involve the production of a range of products including: Chicken Tikka, Moroccan Chicken, Chilli Noodles, Chicken Pasta Bake and Sweet Chilli Noodles.
Kerry Group operates several brands in both the Irish and British markets including; Denny, Dairygold, Shaws and Galtee.
