FOLLOWING on from the success of last year’s Companies100 magazine, The Irish Post has published the only A-Z index of Irish businesses in Britain in 2014.
Companies100, sponsored by Enterprise Ireland, is available free in the current edition of the newspaper, which is on-sale until next Tuesday (July 18).
The A-Z list provides company stats, bios and information on key Irish business people in Britain and serves as a focal reference point on those who have contributed successfully to the business landscape here.
Profiles of business leaders include designer Louise Kennedy and London Irish Rugby Club, while new entries to this year’s list include McGuigan’s Gym, run by Barry MacGuigan’s son Shane.
The Irish Post’s editor Siobhán Breatnach said: “The Irish Post’s annual Companies100 list is the go-to directory for Irish companies in Britain and showcases the immense input Irish people have made to business across a wide variety of sectors.
“From fashion to finance, sport and hospitality there is no corner of the commercial landscape in Britain that the Irish haven’t contributed to.”
Companies100 is part of a series of quarterly magazines published by The Irish Post highlighting the successes and contributions of Irish people in various sectors across Britain.
Other titles include: Building Britain – a focus on the construction industry and In Business – profiles of Irish business leaders in Britain.
The magazine series culminates in a celebratory awards night in October, which will be hosted by TV personality Eamonn Holmes.
The black tie event will be held at the Hilton Hotel on Park Lane in London on Thursday, October 23.
