Guinness inspires new Newbridge Silverware jewellery collection

TWO top Irish brands have formed an unlikely bond over beer and bracelets.

As a newly-signed ambassador for Newbridge Silverwear, Ireland rugby ace Rob Kearney is among the celebrity fans of the jeweller's latest collection with stout supremo Guinness.

The collaborative range, which has been three years in the making, includes a selection of jewellery, homeware and gifts.

The rose gold and silver jewellery collection takes its inspiration from the hops flower from which Guinness is brewed.

It takes its name from the famous ‘1759’ date when Arthur Guinness signed the lease at St. James’s Gate – the beer’s Dublin brewing home.

Newbridge Silverware Managing Director William Doyle said: “The Guinness by Newbridge Silverware Collection is the result of three years of collaborative research between Newbridge Silverware and Diageo and has been designed to reflect our rich heritage and craftsmanship with a modern and contemporary twist.”
